Refund & No Delivery Policies

 

 Refund Policy

SGT GUIDES does not issue cash, check, or credit card refunds for purchased or pre-purchased merchandise, products, or services. This policy includes phone and in-person transactions. Any pre-payments received can be used for store credit to purchase other merchandise, products, or services. Any payments which are considered deposits or consult fees are non-refundable as well.

No refunds will be issued for services rendered. This policy applies to surgical guides, parts, or any services provided by SGT GUIDES.

 

Defective Retail Products

SGT GUIDES may issue a credit to the client’s account in the original transaction amount for the client to use on other products or services pending the approval of the administrator. If a product is defective, the client should send it in for an exchange or store credit.

 

No Delivery Policy

All shipments in Canada, USA and International are sent via UPS Ground with a tracking number. If you have not received your items in the appropriate time frame, please contact us.
